Thanks Pam, the video was awesome, it reminds me of a life coach here in Tampa I once had.

Thank you for posting this Pam. It was just what I needed.

  3. Athletic activity really helps with this, even if it’s not self-defense training. I’ve come to the conclusion that part of the mental benefit people get from working out is triggering the physiological fear response and acting anyway – lifting the weight, making the jump, doing the handstand.

    Thanks for the video, Pam!

Probably it’s only me with my headphones on, I was distracted by a sound that seems to come from a vibrating phone (around the time when it comes to the best part that you say to see fear in the eye near the end). Thought it’d to put your phone further when you are recording 🙂

  5. I love this Pam.

I totally appreciate the reminder about the importance of the inner warrior. Sometimes it’s so necessary to really rock that.

When I do this, I channel my inner Johnny Ramone. He was tough. But only because he loved the Ramones so much and he wanted to protect them. And look at the magic they created.

    Big thanks for the video.

Wow! Thank you, sister! Focus and Strength.

    Hugs, Marilyn.

  7. Dear Pam:
It was one of those kinda days. Until I watched your video I hadn’t been able to quite put my finger on it. I felt the fear but didn’t quite know what to do with it. Your message was JUST what I needed to hear! This warrior is protecting herself in the swiftest and most loving way possible. I’ve decided that the fear will be my jet fuel.

Here is to our collective power!

    Natalie

  8. I LOVE this – relaxed but prepared to respond swiftly and confidently.
So often we are gripped and unable to do a thing – in life or business. An intuitive once gave me the advice to “not worry until it’s time to worry”, and when I took it to heart, it changed my posture, my stance and my approach to daily life.

No one can take your power. You’re so right on this. Thanks for the video!

Great reminder Pamela! I love the standing warrior pose in yoga whenever I need confidence and inner strength. I think everyone could benefit from some form of exercise or activity to fall back on that will ground and center them. For me, it’s yoga and connecting with nature.
